sarah f0b2ec62ef Added function to InputDirConf, including pattern and if the input 
should sort directories or not. Also added zipping functions to move
said directories. TODO: Add unzipping functions.

sarah 2afadaebc8 Fixed NextNum and NextChar bug. Also changed all mentions of Version to 
be (Version = "5.1") for easier replacement for new updates.
